Teekays is essentially into creation & management of corporate work places. The entire gamut of Teekays services can be divided into two divisions.

Interior Fit-out Division

	Design Build Service (Turnkey Interior Solutions) A one-stop end to-end solution that covers planning, designing and execution of interior fitouts on turnkey basis as a one point contract. Teekays are pioneers in this area and the largest operators in this segment. About half of Teekays' turnover is from this division. Click here to read more

M&E Services Management Division

Being a part of an Interior group & TEEKAYS in particular, co-ordination (among architects, consultants and all other vendors) and responsiveness respectively have been the strength of the division. Time-tested methods are followed religiously to meet the requirements of Quality, Workmanship, Time and Cost. Elaborate inspections, testing & commissioning procedures are part of our execution team’s responsibility. The team is abreast of the procedures through periodical training programs.
